CE4AMR 2019 workshop, Kathmandu Nepal

The CE4AMR network was established in June 2019 with a cross-disciplinary workshop held in Kathmandu, Nepal.  Here international delegates including researchers, practitioners and policy makers came together from fields as disparate as medicine, graphic design, veterinary parasitology and filmmaking to discuss the application of community engagement methods to tackle AMR and other One Health issues.

Our aims were to explore current definitions of community engagement and co-develop a set of values and principles underpinning successful community engagement interventions specifically within the One Health field.  The network also discussed their visions for this website.
